The four-month wait for Dante Cephas' arrival has ended. Cephas, one of the top wide receivers in the transfer portal, is officially a Nittany Lion. The former Penn Hills and Kent State star, who verbally committed to Penn State in January, enrolled in classes Monday for the first summer semester, PennLive confirmed. Cephas had to wrap up his academics at Kent State before enrolling. But now that he's formally in the fold, it's a major boost to Penn State's offense. Cephas joins Mike Yurcich's offense after securing 130 catches for 1,984 yards and 12 touchdowns the past two seasons at Kent State.
