The four-month wait for Dante Cephas' arrival has ended. Cephas, one of the top wide receivers in the transfer portal, is officially a Nittany Lion. The former Kent State star, who verbally committed to Penn State back in January, enrolled in classes on Monday for the first summer semester, PennLive confirmed. Cephas had to wrap up his academics at Kent State before enrolling. But now that he's formally in the fold, it's a major boost to Penn State's offense. Cephas, a Pittsburgh native and Penn Hills graduate, joins Mike Yurcich's offense after securing 130 catches for 1,984 yards and 12 touchdowns the past two seasons at Kent State.
